We are a family-run business, born entirely out of a lifelong passion for field hockey. Having spent countless hours on the pitch, we noticed a frustrating barrier in the sport: the belief that you have to spend hundreds of pounds to get a top-tier stick. We decided to challenge that idea.

At L30 Hockey, we design premium sticks with a performance-driven edge—without the elite price tag. By creating a more accessible pricing structure, we are proving that high-quality, responsive gear should be within reach for every player.

Our mission goes far beyond selling sticks. We want to encourage play from the youngest junior pick-up to the oldest masters player, ensuring that anyone who wants to pick up a stick has the opportunity to do so. We are deeply committed to growing the sport from the ground up, which is why we actively invest in grassroots, support junior development, and back local clubs.
